Facet joints
 Facet joints can be responsible for spinal pain, but their role may not be overestimated.
Of the basis of clinical grounds, facet joints can regularly be excluded as the cause of the pain.
The history is very important.
Cervical facet joint problems are more frequent than lumbar facet problems.
