Saphenous nerve pressure Pressure on the saphenous nerve (at the knee)
* Pressure just below the inner tibial condyle (where the nerve issues from the deep fascia).
* Paraesthesia at the inner malleolus and the medial border of the foot, possibly some vague aching anteromedially in the leg.
* Treatment : local anaesthetic.
