Subdeltoid bursitis
It can be an acute or a chronic version. In the acute version the total part of the bursa is irritated ; whereas in the chronic version there is more an concentrated irritation of the subdeltoid or the subacromial part. The clinical difference between the chronic and the acute version is hughe. The chronic bursitis is much frequent. This kind of lesion reacts very well on specific infiltration.
