Facet joints Facet joints can be responsible for spinal pain, but their role may not be overestimated.
Of the basis of clinical grounds, facet joints can regularly be excluded as the cause of the pain.
The history is very important.
Cervical facet joint problems are more frequent than lumbar facet problems.

Friction massage This friction massage technique can be applied for muscular, tendinous and ligamentous lesions, in acute, subacute and chronic stages.
The main purpose is to have a beneficial effect on the scar formation in every stage of the healing process and to avoid/or rupture cross links.
The structure has to regain its normal strength and flexibility.
It can also be used for differential diagnostic purposes !
