How does the ETGOM shop work ? |
 Hi, I am Steven De Coninck and welcome you on our web site. If it is the first time you buy something on our web site, then you will be asked to make a personal account, with a personal password of your choice. Please follow the steps described in the shop. The second time you place an order, you just have to use your personal password you chose. You can order on line via our secured web shop. Payment modalities : Visa, Master Card, American Express or you can choose to pay via bank transferral. Click on the option of your choice in the shop. Please make sure you fill in your credit card data correctly and double check the number and expire date. If you decide to pay via bank transferal please note that the goods will be shipped to you only after receival of your payment. You receive a confirmation e-mail with an overview of the products you purchased and the total amount due. After receival of your payment, your package is going to be shipped by prior registered post (trackable). You will receive an email with the tracking number and date of shipping. You should receive the package within max. 3 weeks time. |
How safe is it to buy on the web shop ? |
